How to Make it

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450° f. combine black beans and cumin in a skillet and heat all the way through. Squeeze in the lemon juice and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Remove from heat, but warm before serving.

Step 2
Heat the oil in a large pan on medium-high temperature. Season the chicken all over with salt and pepper and Sear in hot skillet for 3 to 4 minutes on the first side, until a nice crust develops, then face.
