Fried Noodle with Chicken Recipes
INGREDIENTS
- 2 chicken breasts, chopped
- 2 Egg
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 cm Turmeric puree
- 5 teaspoons oil
- 350 g of fresh egg noodles, soaked
- 2 cups of mixed vegetables
- 3 onions, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp hot curry paste
- 3 tablespoons chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce (Kecap Manis)
- ¼ Cup Onion fried as an garnish.
- Sliced peppers and lime, as an garnish.
- Beat egg and water and turmeric,
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat and add the above, make thin omelette, roll, aside.
- Heat 2 tsp oil and Brown chicken in batches, aside
- Saute onion, garlic and curry paste in 2 teaspoons oil until fragrant. Add the vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, add the chicken, toss.
- Make a well in middle of mixture and stir in stock and sweet soy sauce.
- Add noodles and toss for 3 minutes. Add sliced tortillas and garnish before serving.
